Jak &#269;asto se vrac&#237;me k rozhodnut&#237;m sv&#253;ch rodi&#269;&#367;, partner&#367; nebo sebe sama a &#345;&#237;k&#225;me si: "Kdyby tehdy ud&#283;lali jin&#233; rozhodnut&#237;, v&#353;echno mohlo b&#253;t lep&#353;&#237;." Tyto my&#353;lenky n&#225;s zav&#225;d&#283;j&#237; do sv&#283;ta hypotetick&#253;ch alternativ, kter&#233; existuj&#237; pouze v na&#353;&#237; p&#345;edstavivosti - a p&#345;esto jim p&#345;ikl&#225;d&#225;me takovou v&#225;hu, &#382;e kv&#367;li nim pro&#382;&#237;v&#225;me skute&#269;n&#253; smutek, hn&#283;v nebo l&#237;tost.</p><h2>Vina rodi&#269;&#367; a iluze lep&#353;&#237; volby</h2><p>Dlouho jsem obvi&#328;oval sv&#233; rodi&#269;e. Kdyby se v&#237;ce sna&#382;ili, kdyby m&#283; v&#237;ce nutili k u&#269;en&#237;, mohl jsem m&#237;t dnes lep&#353;&#237; &#382;ivot. Tato my&#353;lenka se ve mn&#283; usadila jako pravda. A&#382; jednoho dne p&#345;i&#353;el vhled, kter&#253; zm&#283;nil m&#367;j pohled: oni skute&#269;n&#283; d&#283;lali to nejlep&#353;&#237;, &#269;eho byli schopni.</p><p>Nen&#237; to tak, &#382;e by moji rodi&#269;e mohli ud&#283;lat lep&#353;&#237; rozhodnut&#237;, kdyby jen cht&#283;li. Ve skute&#269;nosti ka&#382;d&#253; &#269;lov&#283;k v dan&#233;m okam&#382;iku, s danou osobn&#237; histori&#237;, znalostmi, emocion&#225;ln&#237;m stavem a kognitivn&#237;mi schopnostmi &#269;in&#237; to rozhodnut&#237;, kter&#233; se mu jev&#237; jako nejlep&#353;&#237; mo&#382;n&#233;. Pokud by dok&#225;zal vid&#283;t lep&#353;&#237; mo&#382;nost, zvolil by ji.</p><h2>Nikdo nechce b&#253;t z&#225;m&#283;rn&#283; hor&#353;&#237;</h2><p>P&#345;edstava, &#382;e lid&#233; z&#225;m&#283;rn&#283; vol&#237; hor&#353;&#237; cestu, odporuje z&#225;kladn&#237; lidsk&#233; p&#345;irozenosti. Kdo by cht&#283;l b&#253;t z&#225;m&#283;rn&#283; m&#233;n&#283; dobr&#253;m rodi&#269;em, partnerem nebo p&#345;&#237;telem? Kdo by si &#345;ekl: "V&#237;m, jak b&#253;t lep&#353;&#237;m &#269;lov&#283;kem, ale rozhoduji se j&#237;m neb&#253;t"?</p><p>I v p&#345;&#237;padech, kter&#233; se n&#225;m jev&#237; jako z&#225;m&#283;rn&#233; zlo, lze p&#345;i hlub&#353;&#237;m pohledu &#269;asto objevit, &#382;e &#269;lov&#283;k jednal zp&#367;sobem, kter&#253; mu v dan&#233; chv&#237;li, z jeho &#250;hlu pohledu a s jeho omezen&#237;mi, p&#345;ipadal jako jedin&#253; mo&#382;n&#253; nebo nejlep&#353;&#237; dostupn&#253;.</p><h2>Zku&#353;enost jako p&#345;edpoklad lep&#353;&#237;ho rozhodnut&#237;</h2><p>Lep&#353;&#237; rozhodnut&#237; m&#367;&#382;eme ud&#283;lat a&#382; pot&#233;, co m&#225;me zku&#353;enost, kter&#225; n&#225;s k tomu p&#345;ivede. Ka&#382;d&#225; nov&#225; zku&#353;enost m&#283;n&#237; na&#353;i perspektivu, p&#345;eskupuje na&#353;e priority a otev&#237;r&#225; dve&#345;e k volb&#225;m, kter&#233; jsme d&#345;&#237;ve nevid&#283;li nebo nebyli schopni u&#269;init.</p><p>Kdy&#382; rodi&#269; k&#345;i&#269;&#237; na d&#237;t&#283;, mo&#382;n&#225; to d&#283;l&#225; proto, &#382;e s&#225;m neza&#382;il jin&#253; model v&#253;chovy. Teprve kdy&#382; vid&#237; jin&#233; rodi&#269;e pou&#382;&#237;vat efektivn&#283;j&#353;&#237; p&#345;&#237;stupy nebo kdy&#382; pochop&#237; dopad sv&#233;ho chov&#225;n&#237;, m&#367;&#382;e zm&#283;nit sv&#367;j p&#345;&#237;stup. Nejde o to, &#382;e by d&#345;&#237;ve necht&#283;l b&#253;t dobr&#253;m rodi&#269;em - nem&#283;l n&#225;stroje nebo vhled pot&#345;ebn&#253; k tomu, aby j&#237;m byl lep&#353;&#237;m zp&#367;sobem.</p><h2>Prediktivn&#237; mysl a iluze alternativn&#237; historie</h2><p>Na&#353;e mysl neust&#225;le p&#345;edpov&#237;d&#225; budoucnost, ale tak&#233; konstruuje alternativn&#237; minulosti. Vytv&#225;&#345;&#237;me si p&#345;edstavy o tom, "co by bylo, kdyby" - kdyby se na&#353;i rodi&#269;e chovali jinak, kdyby na&#353;e &#382;ivotn&#237; rozhodnut&#237; byla odli&#353;n&#225;, kdyby n&#225;hoda zas&#225;hla jin&#253;m sm&#283;rem.</p><p>Tyto predikce jsou v&#353;ak &#269;asto naivn&#283; optimistick&#233;. P&#345;edpokl&#225;d&#225;me, &#382;e alternativn&#237; sc&#233;n&#225;&#345; by vedl k lep&#353;&#237;mu v&#253;sledku, ani&#382; bychom zv&#225;&#382;ili v&#353;echny nep&#345;edv&#237;dateln&#233; d&#367;sledky a komplexn&#237; interakce, kter&#233; by takov&#225; zm&#283;na vyvolala. Tr&#225;p&#237;me se t&#237;m, &#382;e se na&#353;e imagin&#225;rn&#237;, idealizovan&#233; sc&#233;n&#225;&#345;e nestaly skute&#269;nost&#237;, a&#269;koli by ve skute&#269;nosti mohly v&#233;st k v&#253;sledk&#367;m zcela jin&#253;m, ne&#382; si p&#345;edstavujeme.</p><h2>Determinismus versus svobodn&#225; v&#367;le</h2><p>Tato &#250;vaha n&#225;s p&#345;iv&#225;d&#237; k hlub&#353;&#237; filozofick&#233; ot&#225;zce: Do jak&#233; m&#237;ry jsme skute&#269;n&#283; p&#225;ny sv&#253;ch rozhodnut&#237;? Pokud v ka&#382;d&#233;m okam&#382;iku d&#283;l&#225;me to nejlep&#353;&#237;, &#269;eho jsme schopni, a lep&#353;&#237; rozhodnut&#237; je mo&#382;n&#233; jen d&#237;ky nov&#253;m zku&#353;enostem nebo vhled&#367;m, jak svobodn&#225; je na&#353;e v&#367;le?</p><p>Mo&#382;n&#225; je na&#353;e svoboda omezen&#283;j&#353;&#237;, ne&#382; si mysl&#237;me. Jsme omezeni svou biologi&#237;, v&#253;chovou, kulturn&#237;m kontextem, osobn&#237;mi zku&#353;enostmi a kognitivn&#237;mi schopnostmi. To neznamen&#225;, &#382;e nem&#225;me &#382;&#225;dnou svobodu, ale sp&#237;&#353;e &#382;e na&#353;e volby v&#382;dy existuj&#237; v r&#225;mci ur&#269;it&#253;ch omezen&#237; - a v r&#225;mci t&#283;chto omezen&#237; skute&#269;n&#283; d&#283;l&#225;me to nejlep&#353;&#237;, co dok&#225;&#382;eme.</p><h2>Soucit k sob&#283; i druh&#253;m</h2><p>Pochopen&#237;, &#382;e ka&#382;d&#253; - v&#269;etn&#283; n&#225;s samotn&#253;ch - d&#283;l&#225; v dan&#233;m okam&#382;iku to nejlep&#353;&#237;, &#269;eho je schopen, m&#367;&#382;e v&#233;st k hlubok&#233;mu soucitu. M&#237;sto abychom obvi&#328;ovali rodi&#269;e, partnery nebo sebe sama za minul&#225; rozhodnut&#237;, m&#367;&#382;eme uznat omezen&#237;, v nich&#382; tato rozhodnut&#237; vznikala.</p><p>To neznamen&#225; rezignaci na zm&#283;nu nebo odpov&#283;dnost. Naopak, tento pohled n&#225;m umo&#382;&#328;uje vid&#283;t jasn&#283;ji, bez zkreslen&#237; hn&#283;vem nebo l&#237;tost&#237;, a zam&#283;&#345;it se na to, co m&#367;&#382;eme zm&#283;nit nyn&#237; a v budoucnosti.</p><h2>Osvobozen&#237; od "co by bylo, kdyby"</h2><p>Kdy&#382; p&#345;ijmeme, &#382;e minul&#225; rozhodnut&#237; byla nejlep&#353;&#237; mo&#382;n&#225; v dan&#233;m kontextu, m&#367;&#382;eme se osvobodit od nekone&#269;n&#233;ho p&#345;em&#237;t&#225;n&#237; o tom, "co by bylo, kdyby". Nam&#237;sto toho se m&#367;&#382;eme soust&#345;edit na p&#345;&#237;tomnost a budoucnost - na z&#237;sk&#225;v&#225;n&#237; nov&#253;ch zku&#353;enost&#237; a vhled&#367;, kter&#233; n&#225;m umo&#382;n&#237; &#269;init lep&#353;&#237; rozhodnut&#237;.</p><p>Nem&#367;&#382;eme zm&#283;nit minulost ani alternativn&#237; historii, kter&#225; existuje jen v na&#353;&#237; p&#345;edstavivosti. M&#367;&#382;eme v&#353;ak zm&#283;nit sv&#367;j vztah k minulosti a zp&#367;sob, jak&#253;m o n&#237; p&#345;em&#253;&#353;l&#237;me. A to m&#367;&#382;e zm&#283;nit v&#353;e.</p><h2>Z&#225;v&#283;r: Za hranice viny k p&#345;ijet&#237; a r&#367;stu</h2><p>Kdy&#382; nahrad&#237;me obvi&#328;ov&#225;n&#237; pochopen&#237;m, &#382;e ka&#382;d&#253; d&#283;l&#225; to nejlep&#353;&#237;, co v danou chv&#237;li dok&#225;&#382;e, otev&#237;r&#225; se n&#225;m cesta k hlub&#353;&#237;mu p&#345;ijet&#237; sebe sama i druh&#253;ch. Toto p&#345;ijet&#237; nen&#237; rezignac&#237;, ale v&#253;choz&#237;m bodem pro autentick&#253; r&#367;st.</p><p>Nam&#237;sto tr&#225;pen&#237; se t&#237;m, co mohlo b&#253;t, se m&#367;&#382;eme zam&#283;&#345;it na to, co m&#367;&#382;e b&#253;t. Nam&#237;sto o&#269;ek&#225;v&#225;n&#237; dokonalosti od sebe a druh&#253;ch m&#367;&#382;eme uzn&#225;vat omezen&#237; lidsk&#233; zku&#353;enosti a z&#225;rove&#328; se sna&#382;it tato omezen&#237; p&#345;ekon&#225;vat prost&#345;ednictv&#237;m nov&#253;ch zku&#353;enost&#237;, vhled&#367; a u&#269;en&#237;.</p><p>V tomto sv&#283;tle se i na&#353;e p&#345;edstava o osobn&#237;m rozvoji m&#283;n&#237;. Nejde o to st&#225;t se n&#283;k&#253;m "lep&#353;&#237;m" ve smyslu p&#345;ekon&#225;n&#237; na&#353;eho "hor&#353;&#237;ho" j&#225;. Jen&#382;e, m&#367;&#382;e n&#283;kdo s jistotou &#345;&#237;ci, zda bude druh&#233;ho "m&#237;t r&#225;d" za rok, za dva? Mo&#382;n&#225; je na&#269;ase posunout se za tuto nejistotu a nahradit prchav&#233; "m&#237;t r&#225;d" hlub&#353;&#237;m konceptem vz&#225;jemn&#233; pot&#345;ebnosti a spole&#269;n&#233;ho rozkv&#283;tu.</p><h2>Od cit&#367; k pot&#345;ebnosti</h2><p>Na&#353;e existence je pevn&#283; spjata s v&#283;dom&#237;m vlastn&#237;ho J&#225;. Proto n&#225;m d&#283;l&#225; dob&#345;e pozornost, proto lp&#237;me na rol&#237;ch, kter&#233; n&#225;s definuj&#237; - otec, partnerka, p&#345;&#237;tel, kolegyn&#283;. Ka&#382;d&#225; takov&#225; role je d&#367;kazem na&#353;&#237; existence a v&#253;znamu.</p><p>Kdy&#382; nahrad&#237;me ot&#225;zku "M&#225; m&#283; r&#225;d?" ot&#225;zkou "Pot&#345;ebuje m&#283;?", dost&#225;v&#225;me se k j&#225;dru lidsk&#253;ch vztah&#367;. City jsou prom&#283;nliv&#233;, subjektivn&#237;, t&#283;&#382;ko uchopiteln&#233;. Pot&#345;ebnost je konkr&#233;tn&#283;j&#353;&#237;, m&#225; hmatateln&#283;j&#353;&#237; obsah. M&#367;&#382;eme pot&#345;ebovat druh&#233;ho z mnoha d&#367;vod&#367; - emo&#269;n&#237;ch, praktick&#253;ch, existenci&#225;ln&#237;ch. A tato vz&#225;jemn&#225; pot&#345;ebnost &#269;asto p&#345;etrv&#225;v&#225; i tam, kde romantick&#233; city kol&#237;saj&#237;.</p><h2>Zdrav&#225; pot&#345;ebnost pro rozkv&#283;t</h2><p>Je z&#225;sadn&#237; rozli&#353;ovat mezi nezdravou z&#225;vislost&#237; a zdravou pot&#345;ebnost&#237;. Nezdrav&#225; z&#225;vislost &#345;&#237;k&#225;: "Nemohu bez tebe existovat." Vid&#237; smysl ve snaze b&#253;t lep&#353;&#237; verz&#237; sebe sama? Tou&#382;&#237; po r&#367;stu, nebo je zcela spokojen s t&#237;m, jak&#253; je?</p><p>Vztah dvou lid&#237;, z nich&#382; jeden neust&#225;le tou&#382;&#237; r&#367;st a p&#345;ekon&#225;vat sv&#233; limity, zat&#237;mco druh&#253; je pln&#283; spokojen se sou&#269;asn&#253;m stavem, bude pravd&#283;podobn&#283; nar&#225;&#382;et na z&#225;sadn&#237; v&#253;zvy. Dynamika r&#367;stu vy&#382;aduje ur&#269;itou kompatibilitu v t&#233;to oblasti - ne nutn&#283; stejn&#233; tempo nebo sm&#283;r r&#367;stu, ale sd&#237;lenou z&#225;kladn&#237; hodnotu seberozvoje.</p><h2>Odvaha k zranitelnosti</h2><p>Skute&#269;n&#253; r&#367;st ve vztahu vy&#382;aduje odvahu b&#253;t zraniteln&#253; - p&#345;iznat chyby, nechat se zm&#283;nit, vid&#283;t sv&#233; nedostatky o&#269;ima milovan&#233;ho &#269;lov&#283;ka. Pom&#225;haj&#237; mi pochopit sv&#283;t. Proto ned&#283;l&#237;m filmy na dobr&#233; nebo &#353;patn&#233;, ale na takov&#233; kter&#233; mi n&#283;co d&#225;vaj&#237; a takov&#233;, ze kter&#253;ch si nedok&#225;&#382;i nic vz&#237;t. Je samoz&#345;ejm&#283; n&#283;jak&#253; spole&#269;n&#253; &#250;zus na tom, jak by film m&#283;l vypadat, abychom jej mohli co nejl&#233;pe vst&#345;eb&#225;vat, ale pozn&#225;n&#237; m&#367;&#382;e p&#345;ij&#237;t odkudkoliv. Situace, slovo, pohyb nebo jedn&#225;n&#237;, kter&#233; nevid&#237;me okolo n&#225;s, ale kter&#233; je p&#345;&#237;tomno v n&#283;jak&#233;m filmu. Samoz&#345;ejm&#283; &#382;e pozn&#225;vat sv&#283;t lze i z knih. M&#233; d&#283;tstv&#237; pozn&#225;valo p&#345;edev&#353;&#237;m z knih, proto&#382;e bylo snadn&#283;j&#353;&#237; dostat se k zaj&#237;mav&#233; knize, ne&#382; se dostat k zaj&#237;mav&#233;mu filmu. Dnes je to naopak. Za cenu jedn&#233; knihy mohu vid&#283;t klidn&#283; stovky film&#367;, d&#237;ky streamovac&#237;m slu&#382;b&#225;m, kter&#233; za cenu jedn&#233; knihy nab&#237;z&#237; tis&#237;ce film&#367; ke shl&#233;dnut&#237;.</p><p>V ka&#382;d&#233;m filmu, pokud se spr&#225;vn&#283; d&#237;v&#225;me, m&#367;&#382;eme nach&#225;zet spoustu mo&#382;nost&#237;, jak vysv&#283;tlit o &#269;em je &#382;ivot, o jeho principech a z&#225;konitostech. Pamatuji se na film <strong>Perverzn&#237; pr&#367;vodce ideologii,</strong> kde protagonista, levicov&#253; intelektu&#225;l vysv&#283;tloval nesmyslnost kapitalistick&#233;ho pojet&#237; &#382;ivota ve spole&#269;nosti. Nen&#237; v&#353;ak t&#283;&#382;k&#233;, aby inteligentn&#237; pravicov&#253; intelektu&#225;l d&#283;lal pomoc&#237; filmu to sam&#233;, ale naopak.</p><p>Film n&#225;m d&#225;v&#225; mo&#382;nost interpretovat si p&#345;&#237;b&#283;hy kter&#233; tvo&#345;&#237; pomoc&#237; na&#353;ich vlastn&#237;ch zku&#353;enost&#237; a na&#353;eho sv&#283;ton&#225;zoru. Nen&#237; vyjime&#269;n&#233;, &#382;e se auto&#345;i film&#367; stejn&#283; tak jako knih br&#225;n&#237; tomu, aby museli interpretovat o &#269;em je pr&#225;v&#283; to jejich d&#237;lo. Uv&#283;domuj&#237; si toti&#382;, &#382;e interpretace m&#367;&#382;e vzniknout dodate&#269;n&#283;, v hlav&#283; konkr&#233;tn&#237;ho div&#225;ka, na z&#225;klad&#283; jeho konkr&#233;tn&#237;ch z&#225;&#382;itk&#367; a pro&#382;itk&#367;. V podstat&#283; se jedn&#225; o vr&#353;en&#237; symbol&#367;, kter&#233; si v na&#353;i mysli dekodujeme tak aby potvrzovali na&#353;i p&#345;edstavu o realit&#283; okolo n&#225;s. Na&#353;i osobnost utv&#225;&#345;&#237; sv&#283;t okolo n&#225;s, to co pro&#382;&#237;v&#225;me, na&#353;e zku&#353;enosti a znalosti. K rozv&#237;jen&#237; zku&#353;enost&#237; n&#225;m mohou b&#253;t filmy, stejn&#283; tak jako knihy velmi u&#382;ite&#269;n&#233;. Dost&#225;v&#225;me se d&#237;ky nim do situac&#237;, do kter&#253;ch by chom se ve sv&#253;ch &#382;ivotech nikdy nedostali.</p><p>Filmy n&#225;m poskytuj&#237; mo&#382;nost pro&#382;&#237;t emoce a pocity, kter&#233; by n&#225;s mohly v re&#225;ln&#233;m &#382;ivot&#283; p&#345;ekvapit nebo zasko&#269;it. M&#367;&#382;eme je tak l&#233;pe pochopit a p&#345;ipravit se na n&#283;. Filmy tedy nejen obohacuj&#237; na&#353;e pozn&#225;n&#237; sv&#283;ta, ale tak&#233; na&#353;e emo&#269;n&#237; zku&#353;enosti a empatii.</p><p>Filmy n&#225;m &#269;asto umo&#382;&#328;uj&#237; nahl&#233;dnout do jin&#253;ch kultur a zp&#367;sob&#367; &#382;ivota, kter&#233; bychom jinak nem&#283;li mo&#382;nost poznat. Nap&#345;&#237;klad, prost&#345;ednictv&#237;m filmu m&#367;&#382;eme proniknout do &#382;ivota lid&#237; ve vzd&#225;len&#253;ch zem&#237;ch, kter&#233; bychom mo&#382;n&#225; nikdy nem&#283;li mo&#382;nost nav&#353;t&#237;vit a bylo by to z enviroment&#225;ln&#237;ho hlediska kontraproduktivn&#237;.</p><p>Krom&#283; toho, filmy n&#225;m umo&#382;&#328;uj&#237; pro&#382;&#237;t r&#367;zn&#233; situace a konflikty z bezpe&#269;&#237; na&#353;eho ob&#253;vac&#237;ho pokoje. M&#367;&#382;eme sledovat a analyzovat, jak se postavy vyrovn&#225;vaj&#237; s n&#225;ro&#269;n&#253;mi situacemi, a m&#367;&#382;eme se z t&#283;chto zku&#353;enost&#237; sami pou&#269;it. M&#367;&#382;eme formovat na&#353;e p&#345;esv&#283;d&#269;en&#237; a mor&#225;ln&#237; integritu.</p><p>Nakonec, filmy mohou b&#253;t tak&#233; zdrojem inspirace. M&#367;&#382;eme se inspirovat hrdinstv&#237;m, odvahou, l&#225;skou nebo odhodl&#225;n&#237;m postav, kter&#233; sledujeme na pl&#225;tn&#283;. A&#357; u&#382; je to p&#345;&#237;b&#283;h o l&#225;sce, dobrodru&#382;stv&#237;, p&#345;&#225;telstv&#237; nebo osobn&#237;m r&#367;stu, filmy n&#225;m &#269;asto poskytuj&#237; nov&#233; perspektivy a my&#353;lenky, kter&#233; mohou obohatit na&#353;e vlastn&#237; &#382;ivoty. Mohou n&#225;m poskytnout jevi&#353;t&#283; pro na&#353;e r&#367;zn&#233; rozhodnut&#237; a sledovat jejich d&#367;sledky, ani&#382; bychom se vystavovali ohro&#382;en&#237;.</p><p>Tak&#382;e, co n&#225;m &#345;&#237;kaj&#237; filmy? &#344;&#237;kaj&#237; n&#225;m p&#345;&#237;b&#283;hy, ukazuj&#237; n&#225;m nov&#233; sv&#283;ty, umo&#382;&#328;uj&#237; n&#225;m pro&#382;&#237;t r&#367;zn&#233; emoce a v&#253;zvy, a inspiruj&#237; n&#225;s k tomu, abychom byli lep&#353;&#237;mi lidmi.
